Data Analyst HR (m/f/d)

About your tasks:

• Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company-wide HR analytical needs, including models supporting workforce planning, headcount forecasting, retention analysis, and organizational effectiveness
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface key HR and people KPIs (e.g., hiring, attrition, engagement, performance), enabling real-time insights into workforce dynamics
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across HR like Talent Acquisition, HR Service, and HR Business Partnering to align analytics with strategic workforce and organizational objectives
• Conduct in-depth people and operational data analysis, identifying trends (e.g., attrition drivers, hiring funnel performance), tracking deviations, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to support leadership
• Enhance decision-making processes across the organization by transforming complex people data into compelling narratives tailored to HR and business stakeholders

About you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with exposure to HR, People Analytics, or workforce-related data environments
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, with a strong understanding of data modeling and semantic layer optimization in a people analytics context
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and PowerBi, with proven capability in handling large datasets for HR analysis and reporting
