Summary/Objective This role is responsible for being a support system to an LCI team. Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Social Media: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) Draft and edit social media copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives Organize and maintain content calendars and asset libraries Support real-time content needs during campaigns and events Content Creation: Assist in sourcing, organizing, and tagging content from internal teams, events, and ambassadors Support creation of social-first content (short-form video, captions, light graphic work) Ensure content aligns with platform best practices and brand guidelines Ambassador and Influencer Support: Track ambassador and influencer deliverables to ensure timely completion Assist with outreach coordination and ongoing communication Help manage product requests, shipments, and content usage tracking Maintain organized documentation for ambassador and influencer programs Reporting and Insights Support: Assist in pulling social media performance metrics across platforms Support development of monthly reports and campaign recaps Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior Learning and Exposure Opportunities Gain exposure to paid social campaign strategy and optimization Participate in strategy discussions and campaign planning Learn how social media integrates with broader marketing, PR, and business initiatives Working Conditions: Primarily working indoors, office & plant environment. May sit for several hours at a time. Exposure to computer screens. Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers. Qualifications: Current junior or senior standing of an accredited university pursing a degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or other related areas of study Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative Experience creating social media content Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience supporting multi-brand social media strategy Exposure to influencer and ambassador program management Experience working cross-functionally within a corporate marketing team Mentorship and guidance from an experienced social media strategist Portfolio-building opportunities with real campaign work Supervisory Responsibility: This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time, hourly position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager. Travel: Travel will be required throughout the year for event coverage, with most being local during regular business hours. However, some events will be out of town, and overall, travel will make up no more than 10% of the role, with occasional weekend commitments.
