Overview Business Development and Corporate Partnerships Manager We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team. The Business Development and Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, implementation, performance and growth of Brooks Brothers Made to Measure corporate partnerships and business accounts. This role will serve as a key orchestrator in driving new business and corporate partnerships across the Made to Measure division at Brooks Brothers, ensuring that collaborations, activations and partnerships are seamlessly executed. The Business development and corporate partnerships manager will coordinate partnerships, activations and events instore and offsite with store managers and retail leadership ensuring synergy and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential opportunities for strategic partnerships Manage full sales cycle- Discovery calls, proposals, collaborating with various teams internally and externally during negotiations whilst striving to ensure you are closing deals Develop relationships with businesses and corporate partners and land long term partnerships- this role is about bringing on board partners who will generate repeat revenue. Grow and create a "hit list" of corporate partners Develop, pitch, and negotiate partnership agreements Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate offices and institutions Uncover areas of opportunity to build new initiatives and expand the existing program Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to align partnership strategies Lead store-specific strategy, planning and execution of business development a corporate partnership activities aimed at client acquisition Work closely with respective corporate and field cross-functional teams to align on partnership strategies and a 365 calendar to achieve annual business development plan. Regularly review client outreach tool usage to identify opportunities to close gaps and create and share best practices Travel to stores to support with the further growth within business development Track, report, and manage pipeline of opportunities, ensuring measurable results Analyze performance and impact of corporate and BD initiatives on client development and sales. Analyze pre, during and post strategy to ensure each touchpoint is maximized for BD and partnership KPIs Present monthly/quarterly business area performance results as it relates to BD and partnership development focuses Identify store-specific opportunities to develop stronger training programs aimed to improve business development & corporate partnership impact Attend industry events and represent Brooks Brothers in a professional and credible manner Present on regional calls with store teams to ensure clear communication around corporate partnership and business development strategies Continuously monitor market trends and competitor partnerships Own budget, contracts, and performance for partnerships, events and activations Required: 5 years in Business development and corporate partnership roles Proven track record of creating and closing partnerships with corporate and professional organizations Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Proven experience of hitting and exceeding targets Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Based in New York City office with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to instore and offsite locations. Pay Range USD $75,900.00 - USD $138,000.00 /Yr.
