As a Senior Sales Consultant in our Prospect showroom, you will turn product knowledge and genuine customer connections into results. You will guide customers to the right blend of comfort, quality, and style while maximising your own earning potential through strong sales performance. Key responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience that makes Plush the first choice for sofas.
- Use proven sales techniques to achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets—your performance directly shapes your commission.
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly so every deal moves smoothly from quote to delivery.
- Grow your results with room solutions and add‑on products, increasing your commission with every additional opportunity.
- Partner with your Showroom Manager to maintain showroom excellence, from visual merchandising and pricing to product presentation that makes selling easier.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in furniture or other considered purchases such as automotive, jewellery, luxury retail, or travel.
- Energetic, upbeat approach with the resilience to stay motivated during busy trading periods.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills that build trust with both customers and colleagues.
- Coachable mindset with a passion for learning—you see every customer interaction as a chance to improve.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple customers, follow‑ups, and admin tasks while keeping the sales pipeline moving.
