Job description

About Us:

reAlpha Tech Corp. (Nasdaq: AIRE) is a real estate technology company developing an end-to-end commission-free homebuying platform. Utilizing the power of AI and an acquisition-led growth strategy, reAlpha’s goal is to offer a more affordable, streamlined experience for those on the journey to homeownership in the US and globally.

Why Join Us?

At reAlpha, we’re transforming real estate with AI technology. Our team’s excellence drives our success, and we need your expertise. Join us to be part of a culture that values integrity, speed, and growth, where your work sets new industry standards.

An important note: Data shows that men on average apply for a role if they meet 3/10 requirements while women often only do so if it’s 10/10. We strive to clearly define our roles and expectations and encourage you to apply if you believe the opportunity aligns well with your skills and experience, even if it's not a perfect match.

The problem you're here to solve

reAlpha runs a lean product team and you'll carry real scope — this is not a role with a narrow lane. You'll execute on a portfolio of reAlpha products with a broad purview, owning the full execution layer end to end: from opportunity identification through design oversight, build, rollout, and optimization.

This role owns Growth — the surfaces that determine whether reAlpha converts and qualifies buyers: sign-up flows, onboarding, search, listing pages, tours, pre-qualification, and the Homebuying Hub. These surfaces run in parallel, and this PM is accountable for moving all of them. Lead volume and lead quality are the core metrics you'll own. You'll report directly to the COO while we bring on a new VP of Product.

What You'll Own

Opportunity Identification

  • Draft the roadmap from first principles — customer signal, usage data, business goals, and competitive context — and bring a defensible point of view to leadership for alignment
  • Decide what not to build as much as what to build; a well-reasoned sequencing argument is part of the job
  • Work with the COO, CTO, and CMO to move from draft to aligned path forward
  • Surface where strategy needs sharpening before it reaches the sprint, and come with a proposal, not just a flag

Planning

  • Define what success looks like before engineering starts; turn a problem into a brief the team can execute against without constant clarification
  • Write PRDs with crisp acceptance criteria, accompanied by prototypes as needed
  • Direct design toward the right problems and own the briefs they're working from
  • Partner with engineers and designers across time zones; know when to push back on scope and when to protect it
  • Maintain a productive cadence of groomed and designed work ready for development

Launch

  • Own how a feature gets to users: sequencing, communication, support readiness, and the decision of when something is actually done
  • Ensure business stakeholders always know what's being built, why, and when — before they need to ask
  • Close the loop — did it work? Iterate, double down, or move on; the next opportunity should be better informed than the last

What you bring

Required

  • 4–6 years of product management at a consumer or marketplace company — you've owned a funnel and have the scar tissue to show for it
  • Experience building or rebuilding product process at an early-stage company; you know what good looks like before the scaffolding is in place
  • Schedule flexibility to maintain daily overlap with a Nepal-based engineering team; they're available until approximately 12pm ET
  • You have AI embedded into how you actually work — not as a productivity experiment, but as a core layer of your research, planning, writing, and review process. You track capability releases, update your workflows when something meaningfully better ships, and think in systems: inputs, outputs, handoffs, feedback loops

Preferred

  • Background in proptech, fintech, or another regulated consumer-facing vertical
  • CRM experience — we run on High Level and are migrating to Customer.io
  • Experience with ML or data products — you've shipped features where the model is part of the UX
  • You think in systems — you can hold the full product architecture in your head while managing what needs to ship in two weeks

How We Work

  • Process: Agile (Scrum-leaning), Linear for sprint and backlog management
  • Team: ~8 engineers (Nepal-based), ~2 designers, reporting to COO with close collaboration with CTO and CMO
  • Reporting path: This role reports to the COO and carries meaningful cross-functional visibility from day one. As the product leadership org scales and a VP of Product joins the team, your reporting line evolves into that structure — a natural progression as the function matures
  • Culture: You identify problems before they're assigned to you, and you come to conversations with a point of view
