App. Production Infrastructure & Network Consultant

We are launching an RFP for an Application Production Infrastructure and Network Consultant to support the implementation and operation of application solutions across both Non‑Production and Production environments.

The main mission of this role is to design, implement, and support application solutions throughout their lifecycle. This includes handling:

• One-off service requests
• Business line and transformation projects
• Application changes and enhancements
• Obsolescence management
• Infrastructure and platform migrations

The platform operates globally, covering Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. The consultant will work closely with international team members and interact frequently with the Group infrastructure teams, including Network, Server, Storage, Database, and Middleware teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Design & Architecture

• Monitor application and server platform health and performance
• Produce and share regular KPI and performance reports
• Participate in architectural and technical governance committees

Security

• Ensure applications comply with security norms, standards, and best practices

Network

• Design, review, and coordinate network flows between system components
• Work closely with network teams to ensure availability, performance, and security

Support & Operations

• Provide technical support to APS and ADM teams
• Deliver Level 3 (L3) application technical support
• Actively identify risks and contribute to service stability and continuous improvement

 

 

• Strong experience with Windows and Linux server environments
• Databases: Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL Server, and NoSQL technologies
• Infrastructure, networking, and monitoring tools:
  • Nagios, Dynatrace, OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus
• CI/CD and automation tools:
  • Jenkins, Ansible, Git/Bitbucket, JFrog/Artifactory
• Experience with HTTP-based services: Web Services, REST APIs, Microservices
• Containerization technologies: Docker and Podman

• English: Fluent / Expert level
