Operation Master Data Team Leader (OMD)

Job Summary

• Lead and manage the Master Data team to ensure high-quality and efficient maintenance of Customer, Vendor, GL, and Hierarchy data. Drive process optimization, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

负责带领主数据团队，确保客户、供应商、总账及审批流主数据的高质量与高效率维护，并推动流程优化、团队发展及持续改进。

 

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve team KPIs
  带领、指导并培养团队成员，确保达成团队绩效目标
• Allocate workload and monitor daily operations
  合理分配工作并监控日常运营
• Provide training and support for new joiners and team members
  为新员工及团队成员提供培训与支持
• Handle escalations and support issue resolution
  处理升级问题并支持复杂问题解决

 

Operations Management | 运营管理

• Oversee end-to-end master data processes (Customer / Vendor / GL / Hierarchy)
  统筹管理客户/供应商/总账/审批流主数据全流程
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of master data maintenance
  确保主数据维护的准确性及合规性
• Supervise data creation, change, and query handling
  监督主数据创建、变更及查询处理

 

Stakeholder Communication | 沟通协调

• Collaborating with cross-regional teams
  与跨区域团队协作

 

Others | 其他

• Other tasks assigned by superior
  完成上级安排的其他任务
• knowledge of S4 Hana in Master Data Management is desirable

熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公

• Experience in automation or process improvement preferred
  有自动化或流程优化经验优先

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related areas本科以上学历
• At least 2 years’ related industry working experience.至少2年工作经验
• Familiar with SAP system.熟悉SAP系统
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.良好的沟通及协调能力
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.较强的问题分析与解决能力
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and office tools.熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公
• Experience in automation or process improvement preferred.有自动化或流程优化经验优先
• English communication skill.英语交流水平
