Job description

Our Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests.

As a Porter, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Welcoming guests.
  • Carrying luggage.
  • Valet parking guest vehicles.
  • Explaining hotel facilities.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
  • Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
  • Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
  • Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts.

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus (but not limited to):

  • Ability to lift sometimes heavy luggage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol and
  • C Class Driver’s Licence (Manual).
