As a Night Front Desk Clerk, you’ll be the eyes and heart of the hotel during the night shift, greeting late-arriving guests with warmth, monitoring hotel security, handling guest requests, and stepping in where needed to ensure a smooth and safe overnight experience. From valet parking and luggage handling to conducting nightly rounds and assisting with in-room technical issues, your role is hands-on, dynamic, and essential to keeping things running when most of the city is asleep. If you're proactive, dependable, and take pride in offering outstanding guest service no matter the hour, we would love to hear from you.
About you…
Experienced in hospitality, security, or guest services, ideally in a hotel environment.
Experience working nights is a great asset.
Brings a high level of professionalism and courtesy to all guest interactions, even during late hours.
Calm under pressure and able to respond confidently to incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns.
Understands and follows standard operating procedures related to safety, access control, and night protocols.
Comfortable with hands-on responsibilities like luggage handling, valet parking, and light maintenance tasks.
Tech-savvy and able to assist guests with minor in-room technical issues (TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc.).
Detail-oriented and organized, especially when handling reports, security rounds, or guest contracts.
Proactive in maintaining cleanliness in lobby and public areas, keeping the entrance tidy and welcoming.
Flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays, and arrives on time in well-presented uniform.
