Job description
Leidos has an opening for a highly qualified Logistics Specialist for the Decision Advantage Division. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your experience to support across all-domain large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems to realize the Department of Defense Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). This position will work closely with Program Managers, other domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports the execution and oversight of various logistic functions in accordance with Government and contract guidance.
Responsible for ensuring the timely transportation (shipping and receiving), inventory control, detailed tracking, and marking of all identified goods and materials supporting the development and sustainment of the DIPN member product line.
Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of product support requirements to inform the development and refinement of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), ensuring alignment with program objectives and customer needs.
Work with the integrated logistics support manager in providing product support program status, providing a program schedule(s), conducting product support analysis, and providing support to required Contractor and Government meetings.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure digital hardware, software, and networking components required for the establishment and maintenance of digital infrastructure systems.
Develop contingency plans and protocols to mitigate logistical risks and ensure continuity of operations in the event of disruptions or emergencies.
Provide logistical support and coordination for equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, facilitating uninterrupted operation of digital infrastructure systems.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and subcontractors, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment of logistics support efforts with program goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including ILSPs, subcontract agreements, progress reports, and performance metrics, to track program milestones and ensure transparency and accountability in logistics support activities.
Basic Qualifications
BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
8+ years of DoD logistics experience.
Active and current Secret clearance, with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
Experience with processing and tracking incoming and outgoing equipment.
Experience in tracking property virtually in a database as well as physically within a warehouse/lab environment and associated processes.
Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple disciplines, domains, contractors, government agencies and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of Government Property Management and FAR 52.245-1(b) requirements.
Familiarization with DoD practices for IUID marking and registration.
Familiarization with DoD property transfer documentation (DD1149’s, DD250’s, etc.).
Tracking and report status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis for service improvement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with operating in an Agile environment.
Familiar with Jira.
Familiar with IT Hardware.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
