Sterilisation Assistant |Lumino Nelson| Part-Time

We’re currently looking for a Sterilization Assistant to join our friendly practice. If you’re reliable, hands-on, and enjoy working in a clinical environment, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll play an important role in maintaining exceptional hygiene and safety standards across the clinic.

Key responsibilities:

• Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments
• Monitoring and recording sterilisation processes
• Supporting infection control procedures
• Assisting with stock management
• Helping with room turnaround and setup
• Providing occasional chairside or reception support (training provided)

Hours for this role: 

• Tuesday to Thursday: 09:00am – 5:00pm

You’re a dependable, positive team player who enjoys working behind the scenes and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

• Strong attention to detail
• Well organised and able to multitask
• Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable handling used medical equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Willingness to learn and adapt across different tasks
• Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is an advantage (but not essential)
