Assessor - National Panel of Assessors

As a National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Assessor, you play a critical role in helping people with disability thrive in employment. Your expertise ensures fair, accurate, and person-centred assessments
What your day looks like
- Conduct OSA for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participants
- Conduct SWS productivity assessments at participant workplaces
- AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC registered allied health assessors may conduct WMS assessments in conjunction with JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF)
- Assess workplace barriers and recommend modifications to support inclusion
- Deliver high-quality, timely reports
- Liaise with participants, employers, and providers to ensure fair, person-centred outcomes

What you’ll bring
- Diploma or higher qualification in allied health, disability, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability sector
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and within strict timeframes
- Sound IT literacy and commitment to data security
- Eligible to work in Australia, with current driver licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Mandatory pre-employment checks which include background verification will be conducted
- ABN and adequate insurance – MUST HAVE
This position is contingent upon the successful completion of all mandatory pre-employment checks, which may include background verification in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
