Job description
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed goals
- Serve as a hands-on role model, demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques and professionalism
- Confidently negotiate and close deals while ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Drive performance by setting clear expectations, tracking metrics, and holding the team accountable
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep your team competitive and informed
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and customer experience
- Proven experience in timeshare sales management
- Strong production history and verifiable performance stats (preferred)
- Active Driver’s License
- Real Estate License (required)
- Open availability with the ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays
