About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Co-op Student to support the cleanup, organization, and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, while also providing support to the broader Commercial Team, including Marketing and the Tender Unit.
This role is ideal for a business student with strong analytical skills and an interest in data quality, process improvement, and business operations within a fast-paced consulting environment
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Data & Process Improvement
- Review, clean, and standardize CRM data (contacts, accounts, opportunities, etc.)
- Identify and eliminate duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records
- Support the development and implementation of CRM data governance best practices
- Analyze current CRM structure and recommend improvements to fields, workflows, and taxonomy
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to support business insight
Commercial, Marketing & Tender Support
- Provide support to the Commercial Team on business development initiatives
- Assist the Marketing Team with content organization, database updates, and campaign tracking
- Support the Tender Unit in proposal preparation activities (e.g., document formatting, content coordination, administrative tasks)
- Help maintain and organize proposal and marketing materials (project sheets, resumes, templates)
- Contribute to improving internal tools and processes related to pursuits and proposals
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas); familiarity with PowerPoint and Word
- Comfortable working with data and systems (CRM, databases, spreadsheets)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently as well as within cross‑functional team
- Ability to prioritize deliverables, time management and organizational skills
