Job Summary: Responsible for all kitchen operations in Arrow and Ember Restaurant, TDR, and Dash Cafe’. Supervises all cooks and manages production in all kitchens. Maintains high quality food preparations and production while managing all aspects of back of house kitchen business. Embraces and maintains company service culture and core values. Exhibits leadership and vision to align, inspire, develop, and motivate team members.
