Job description
Marie Curie is recruiting an Individual Giving Assistant – Prize Led to support the delivery of our raffles and weekly lottery, which raise millions each year to help people living with terminal illness and their families.
You’ll join our friendly, ambitious fundraising team, providing essential operational, administrative and creative support to ensure high‑quality campaigns and excellent supporter experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Be a first point of contact for supporters and colleagues, helping deliver a warm, professional supporter experience
- Support the delivery of raffle and lottery campaigns, including fulfilment and weekly administration
- Proofread and check campaign materials to ensure they’re accurate, engaging and compliant
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to keep campaigns running smoothly and on schedule
- Raise and manage purchase orders and invoices, supporting accurate budget control
- Contribute to digital activity such as emails, webpages and other campaign content
Skills Needed:
You don’t need to have worked in fundraising before but you do need to be organised, proactive and keen to learn. You’ll bring:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- An excellent communicator with a supporter‑focused mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident working collaboratively with teams and external partners
- Competent using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Interested in fundraising, marketing or the charity sector

Salary: £23,113 + LW £3,500 were applicable (Hybrid model based in London)
Contract: 9 – 12 month contract
Based: Homebased Role
