Job description

  1. Establish monthly/quarterly and yearly closings according to Sika Group / IFRS rules.
  2. Implement Sika Accounting rules in local accounting.
  3. Re-organize and streamline finance processes and procedures.
  4. Manage cash of the company and minimize currency exposure by minimizing cash
  5. Manage accounts receivables of company and implement credit management procedure.
  6. Prepare and send monthly/quarterly/yearly reports according to the procedures and rules defined by Sika Group.
  7. Prepare local Management Information monthly.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement in business and finance.
  9. Supervise IT function.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field of study. CPA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in finance related function in commercial business.
  • Experience in Multinational companies is desired.
  • Three years at least of experience as Finance controller/director and experience of effectively managing people is a plus.
  • Good English skills required (business communication in speaking and writing)
  • Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Good presentation skills: high level of communication is needed.
  • High level of integrity, consistency, and rigor.
  • Innovative and Strong team-worker
  • Proficiency in English (both writing and speaking), EN to KO writing
  • Cross-functional collaboration and smooth communication skills bridging between internals to partners/external stakeholders
