Job Summary:

As the Dental Network Specialist, you coordinate applications for initial credentialing and re-credentialing of network dentists. 

In this role, you will handle all applicable updates concerning network and manage all provider directories.  

The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High school diploma or equivalent  

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 

  • Associates degree 

  • 1 year experience in telephone-based customer service  

  • Experience with dental billing office practices, including practice management computer system  

  • Knowledge of ADA/CDT coding regulations and requirements  

  • Knowledge of insurance regulations
