What you can expect:
Do you want to gain experience in the field of knowledge management and work with new digital tools as well as participate in exciting international initiatives? Support us from mid-June in our Corporate Knowledge Management Team for at least nine months at our headquarters in Munich.
Your work will focus on, for example
- Creating and maintaining our Intranet pages in Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Enriching our customer profiles and indexing, as well as supporting the Global Project Documentation processes
- Communicating Knowledge Management-related content in our enterprise social network
- Supporting centralized document and metadata management in SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
- Collaborating on the implementation of Knowledge Management tools based on PowerAutomate and/or Artificial Intelligence

- Strong interest in global top management consulting and business contexts
- Several semesters completed in a social science degree program (e.g., Knowledge Management, Economics, Media, Information Science) with excellent grades and initial internship experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (team language); knowledge of German will be considered
- High level of service orientation, quality awareness, and a strong affinity for technology
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its application in business contexts
- Pragmatic and implementation-focused approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Availability of at least 9 months, with a commitment of 16 hours per week
