Provide services and support as a Technical Writer II [Comprehensive Procedural Support For Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Delivered By The ProSidian Engagement Team (Project Manager | Procedure Writer I | Procedure Writer II | Procedure Writer III | Technical Writer II | Training Program Manager | Training Specialist I | Training Specialist II | Training Specialist III | Contracts SME | Contracts Specialist)] in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on CM | Compliance Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS | C&SCM) | SRNS Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Generally Located In Aiken, SC and across the South Eastern USA Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivers and supports Engagement Team initiatives for Comprehensive Procedural Support For Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) by Leading and delivering on integrated PMO governance, regulatory compliance, contract optimization, and process engineering to design, document, implement, train, and continuously improve end-to-end C&SCM procedures, ensuring compliant, efficient, audit-ready procurement and supply chain execution aligned with FAR, DEAR, DOE, NNSA, and evolving mission requirements.

Purpose: Establish and execute a structured, end-to-end delivery framework that defines the compliance baseline, translates requirements into an optimized future-state operating model, develops and operationalizes standardized procedures and artifacts, enables enterprise-wide adoption, supports deployment into live operations, continuously measures and improves performance, and sustains long-term regulatory compliance and procedural integrity across Savannah River Nuclear Solutions’ (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) environment.

Core Functions: Execute integrated program governance, regulatory compliance analysis, and strategic advisory to design, develop, document, visualize, implement, and sustain standardized Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedures—encompassing end-to-end acquisition lifecycle modeling, training and change management, operational deployment, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and long-term compliance maintenance aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR), Department of Energy (DOE) directives, and Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Technical Writer II | Technical Writer II [SRNS0024024]

  • Develop manuals, guides, and visual documentation; ensure readability at required comprehension level.
  • Transforms complex procurement and regulatory requirements into clear, user-ready documentation.  Drives Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM)  procedural transformation ensuring FAR — Federal Acquisition Regulation, DEAR — Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation, and NSA — National Nuclear Security Administration alignment, and enterprise integration.
  • Lead/execute analysis of contracts and regulations; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s, process maps, and templates; support training; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory analysis, technical writing, procurement lifecycle expertise, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, analytics.
  • Analytical thinking, communication, compliance discipline, leadership (senior roles), adaptability, collaboration.
  • Supports 5-year Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment engagement; hybrid delivery with possible onsite badging; supports ~360 personnel.
  • Contributes to acquisition lifecycle flowcharts, compliance updates, and procedural sustainment.

The role(s) are located in the South Eastern USA Region, at or near Aiken, SC.  Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual:  Building 992-3W, 1148 Aiken, SC 29808

Desired Qualifications For Technical Writer II | Technical Writer II [SRNS0024024] Candidates:

5–8 years technical writing; experience with regulated environments.

Bachelor’s in English, Communications, or related.
