Job description

  • Review and analyze MRP and customer demand on a weekly basis. 
  • Ensure material availability while optimizing inventory levels (DIO target).
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Analyze historical demand and trends to anticipate future requirements.
  • Develop mid‑ and long‑term passthrough supply plans for ME.
  • Support customer capacity surveys and long‑term volume planning.
  •  Coordinate with suppliers to ensure PO placement, backlog control, and on‑time shipment dispatch.
  • Monitor supplier performance and proactively manage risks.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders (GS/OSD3, GS/ODS4) for inbound and outbound shipment booking.
  • Manage interfaces with external warehouses for repacking, GR/GI, stock control, and shipment readiness.
  • Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and minimize logistics costs in line with company targets (TCL, claims, block stock).
  • Support improvement actions to enhance cost efficiency and process reliability.
  • Stock on hand cover 3 weeks and need action propose when foreseen it lower.
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production Plants, Warehouses, and Logistics Service. Providers to anticipate and fulfill demand efficiently.
  • Support customer satisfaction activities including 8D / 5Why analysis where applicable.
  • Act as passthrough business representative for new projects when assigned.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data in SAP and logistics systems.    
  • Maintain procurement and planning parameters (safety time, ABC analysis, max day coverage).

Education Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years of working experience in Digital Transformation, Automation and Logistics.

  • Good communication skills in English, both in reading and writing.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑changing supply chain environment.

  • Strong ownership and decision‑making capability under pressure.

  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as required.

  • Commitment to compliance, ethics, and continuous improvement.
