In This Role

In this role, you will be part of a central AI-focused team responsible for driving the adoption, development, and operationalization of artificial intelligence initiatives across a large, creative product ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of enablement, product, and internal workflows—helping teams responsibly and effectively integrate AI into tools, experiences, and processes.

You will support AI-powered product experiences, developer and creator workflows, and organizational enablement efforts, while coordinating with a wide range of cross-functional partners. This role requires strong technical fluency, hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities

AI Program & Product Support

  • Support AI-driven initiatives across three core areas: enablement, product experiences, and internal workflows.
  • Contribute to AI-powered product features such as search, recommendations, discovery, or creator tooling.
  • Assist with prototyping, testing, and iterating on AI-enabled solutions that improve user or internal team experiences.

Enablement & Adoption

  • Support AI enablement efforts by coordinating education sessions, workshops, and internal learning programs.
  • Help teams understand, evaluate, and adopt AI tools responsibly and effectively.
  • Develop or assist with documentation, best practices, and guidance tailored to varying skill levels.

Workflow & Tooling Enablement

  • Assist in building or supporting internal AI tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency.
  • Help manage logistics and execution of workflow-focused initiatives, including experimentation and early-stage development.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison with external partners and internal stakeholders to support AI-related development efforts.
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, design, and legal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Track project timelines, scope, and risks while supporting delivery of high-quality solutions.

Program & Project Management

  • Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and scope management for AI initiatives.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities prior to rollout.
  • Prepare materials such as status updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders or sponsors.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or project management.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows (e.g., AI coding assistants, automation tools).
  • 3–5+ years of software development or scripting experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, automation, or developer workflows; experience with creator or modding ecosystems is a plus.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional, technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with AI-powered or machine learning-enhanced products, tools, or workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building or leveraging advanced AI workflows (e.g., multi-step or agentic systems).
  • Familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems and platforms that support creators or third-party developers.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or enablement programs focused on new technologies.
  • Exposure to game development, modding tools, or creator marketplaces.
  • PMP, PMI, or other project management certifications.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for experimenting with emerging AI tools and applying them in practical, real-world scenarios.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
