This role will be located in Tampa, Florida and will serve as the operational backbone of The Phoenix Tampa, owning the day-to-day event schedule, logistics, and venue coordination across Tampa Bay partner sites to offer approximately 1,000 annual events. This role will meet quarterly attendance targets, support volunteer coordination, scheduling, and communications under Site Director oversight, and maintain data integrity to ensure accurate grant reporting, donor impact storytelling, and organizational decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Tampa market event calendar, coordinating scheduling, venue logistics, and volunteer coverage across all partner sites.
- Track and report attendance metrics, program data, and volunteer participation in Salesforce and related platforms on a regular cadence.
- Support volunteer coordination including scheduling, communications, and day-of logistics for volunteer-led events.
- Serve as a point of contact for partner venues on day-to-day operational questions, confirmations, and logistics.
- Assist the Site Director in preparing reports, impact summaries, and data for grant reporting, donor communications, and board updates.
- Collect and submit member feedback and support NPS and survey processes across programs.
- Flag attendance gaps, scheduling conflicts, or quality concerns to the Site Director with recommended solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of relevant work or volunteer experience.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and desire to be in a community-facing role.
- Background coordinating in-person events or programs in a distributed or multi-site environment.
- Competency in Excel and calendaring and logistics tools.
- Experience maintaining data integrity in software platforms like Salesforce.
- Comfortability leading events when needed
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
PREFERENCES

- Experience in a client-facing capacity such as account management, customer experience, or sales.
- Fitness certification and experience leading fitness classes.
- Familiarity with grant reporting workflows or donor impact documentation.
- Desire to apply anti-racism and anti-oppression principles and practices.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- $53,000 - $59,000 annually (please be aware that most offers fall below the top of the range and are based on a variety of factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity among the team, and market indicators)

This role will be posted from day/time Eastern Time until day/time Eastern Time. Early applicants may be given preference if application volume is high.
