Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

We’re seeking a motivated and patient‑centered Clinic Director to lead our team at Rochester Hills. You’ll oversee daily clinic operations, support staff development, and ensure exceptional care for every patient.

• Lead and oversee patient evaluations and ensure treatment plans meet clinical standards
• Provide direct patient care and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Supervise and support PTAs and rehab technicians to uphold quality of care
• Develop and monitor plans of care, treatment goals, and patient progress
• Ensure consistent implementation of therapy programs and best practices
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors
• Support clinic growth through community outreach and local marketing efforts

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. 
• Current state of MI Physical Therapy license
• Managerial and marketing experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
