Job description
- Develop and manage the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of planning activities.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.
- Conduct critical path analysis and scenario planning to support project decisions.
- Generate accurate progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support project controls including resource loading, earned value analysis, and forecasting.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in project planning, preferably in data centers or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential; MS Project is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and authority submission timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
