Position Summary: Element Solutions is looking for a motivated and highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a government contract working hybrid, with additional on-site presence as required by the client. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing organizational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role conducts organizational studies and evaluations, designs systems and procedures, and supports process optimization initiatives across the organization. The Senior Business Analyst works closely with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, streamline operations, and ensure business objectives are effectively translated into actionable solutions.
