THIS ROLE
A leadership position responsible for managing a team of depositary professionals while ensuring operational excellence. This role oversees team performance, service delivery, and compliance while providing technical guidance and developing team capabilities.

ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in depositary operations or financial services with a proven ability to meet client and functional deliverables.
- Experience working in Financial Services, Shared Services, or a Depositary function, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.), and other productivity tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with video conferencing and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Effective written communication and advanced verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and team members effectively.
- Proven ability to:
- Lead teams, monitor workflow, and manage capacity to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team capabilities.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence and maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
