Be part of a team that makes a real difference. Job Description We are seeking a collaborative, analytical Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Enlyte Compensation team. This role is responsible for the design, analysis, and administration of core compensation processes, structures, and systems. This fully proficient compensation professional will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver compensation solutions that support organizational objectives while enhancing internal consistency and external competitiveness. The Senior Compensation Analyst will manage the following key areas: Job Architecture & Market Analysis Conduct job evaluations, maintain the company's job architecture framework, and prepare/update job descriptions in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders Manage compensation survey data (Radford, Mercer, etc.), analyze benchmark data to assess competitiveness, and recommend salary structure adjustments as needed Own the Job Market Review process and lead annual/ad hoc market pricing reviews to support hiring, promotion, and retention decisions Program Administration & Planning Support the development, maintenance, and governance of company salary structures, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness Serve as project manager for the annual Pay Planning cycle (merit, bonus, promotions), including budget analysis and outcome reporting Review proposed salary adjustments for policy compliance and alignment with compensation guidelines Partner with HRIS and business stakeholders to validate data, support modeling, and ensure smooth end-to-end execution of compensation processes Compliance & Systems Management Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory requirements affecting compensation programs, including FLSA compliance, and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence Recommend actions to mitigate risk and strengthen compensation governance across all compensation practices Function as administrator for compensation-related activities across HR systems, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting Collaborate with HRIS team to support enhancements, workflows, and data governance across HR technology platforms Analysis & Stakeholder Support Deliver ongoing and ad hoc compensation analyses, dashboards, models, and reports to support business and HR strategy Provide guidance and issue resolution to HR partners and business leaders on compensation policies and processes Translate compensation data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders Enhance internal relationships and influence stakeholders through clear communication and expert compensation knowledge Qualifications Required 5+ years of progressive compensation experience with strong knowledge of job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and compensation analytics. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field—or equivalent work experience. Experience administering or supporting enterprise compensation systems Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and develop sound recommendations. Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross‑functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large data sets. Preferred Workday experience; Workday certifications in Core HCM and/or Advanced Compensation. Experience supporting annual pay planning cycles. Prior experience working with Radford, Mercer or other major compensation survey providers. Knowledge of federal/state pay regulations and compliance standards. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
