Hospital Details VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Vibralife is a beautiful, one-story, state-of-the-art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents. Responsibilities Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a physicians order. Required Skills: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required . Additional Qualifications/Skills : Knowledge of One (1) year of experience preferred Skilled Nursing Facility Medicare skilled services requirements preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
