Become a Payments Consultant!

💼 Role Overview

As a self-employed Payments Consultant at Dojo, you'll operate like a mini-CEO—building your own business while promoting market-leading payment solutions. You’ll prospect, educate, and onboard small businesses, managing your own pipeline and reaping both upfront and residual earnings from each merchant you bring on board

🗂️ Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage with local small businesses across your chosen patch

• Present tailored end‑to‑end payment solutions (POS, mPOS, e-commerce)

• Close deals to meet/exceed monthly targets

• Manage CRM pipeline meticulously

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, onboarding)

• Collect and relay market feedback to internal stakeholders

• Represent Dojo at events and grow your local brand presence

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience, with preference for field sales and fintech or digital solutions knowledge

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, target-driven

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with business owners

• Ability to work independently in your region (UK licence and vehicle preferred)

• Bonus: previous payment industry or financial services experience
