The Brand Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned brands within the B-F SEA Emerging Brand portfolio. This includes developing the brand strategy, overseeing the implementation of all brand-building activities, and managing the necessary marketing tools and resources in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders. A core responsibility is to continuously measure and evaluate brand performance to ensure growth and establish a strong position for the brands within the B-F portfolio. This role requires effective stakeholder management, connecting and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain), key distributor partners, Regional and Global brand teams, and external agencies (Marketing, PR) and suppliers.

Meaningful Work From Day One 

The Brand Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned brands within the B-F SEA Emerging Brand portfolio. This includes developing the brand strategy, overseeing the implementation of all brand-building activities, and managing the necessary marketing tools and resources in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders. A core responsibility is to continuously measure and evaluate brand performance to ensure growth and establish a strong position for the brands within the B-F portfolio. This role requires effective stakeholder management, connecting and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain), key distributor partners, Regional and Global brand teams, and external agencies (Marketing, PR) and suppliers.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead the development of the assigned brand strategy and its implementation and tracking through all marketing tools and resources in consultation with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders.

  • Drive the growth and development of the Emerging Brands within the B-F portfolio, managing the brand’s presence in the mind of consumers, managing presence in the market with commercial partners, and maximizing value creation through a holistic approach to brand building. . 

  • Identify, monitor and analyse data working with the insights team to find and qualify opportunities and build vital consumer/category/trade insights that underpin brand strategies.

  • Manage the Marketing agency partners to ensure that briefing, design and production of marketing communications materials achieve the brand’s objectives.

  • Lead the briefing, development and approval process for any local or global creative adaptation and supervise the effective implementation of marketing activities, in compliance with brand equity guidelines.

  • Manage brand budgets to ensure resources are deployed to maximize growth. Partner with leadership and finance to understand and optimise the Emerging Brands P&L across South East Asia.

  • Partner with multiple internal and external constituencies/stakeholders, including third party distributors, Market Managers (sales), Finance and Supply Chain teams in South East Asia, APAC Regional and Global brand teams, Marketing and PR agencies and other suppliers/business partners.

  • Supports building value growth in South East Asia by driving our prestige spirits portfolio which will focus on supporting the delivery of  cask sales working with the global prestige team and Business Development Director, Asia. Develops programs to attract and develop HNW and UHNW spirits clients and customers.

  • Lead the implementation of new product development (NPD) for the Emerging Brands Portfolio in South East Asia.

  • Leverage Brown-Forman processes, frameworks and resources to understand customer, consumer, channel, and campaign insights for more informed decision-making & planning.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant subject

  • Minimum 6 years of brand marketing experience in a relevant industry

  • Strong experience in integrated marketing and measurement, creativity and innovative thinking

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.

  • High level of integrity, trust, and professionalism.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and geographies.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.

What Makes You Unique

  • Experience working in the alcoholic beverage industry or branded consumer goods sector.

  • Familiarity with operating in emerging markets and contributing to business growth..

  • Exposure to international business practices, including handling of foreign currencies, regional complexities, and operating within a multinational corporation.

  • Experience in designing or enhancing internal control and business processes.
