In this role, you will own end-to-end feature development, contribute to system design, and help integrate AI capabilities into product experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and intelligent systems that improve user productivity and automate complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AI / Agentic Workflows (Primary Focus)
Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs and external AI services.
Design and implement agentic workflows involving multi-step task execution, tool usage, and state management.
Contribute to prompt design, evaluation, and iteration to improve quality and reliability of AI outputs.
Implement basic guardrails, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms for production-grade AI systems.
Collaborate with product and design teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and user value.
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
Build scalable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
Develop backend services and APIs to support application and AI workflows.
Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of systems.
System Design & Collaboration
Participate in low-to-mid complexity system design discussions.

Hands-on experience with multistage LLM pipelines – writing, debugging, and iterating system prompts for structured JSON output from models.
Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous systems, and distributed services.
Experience with Git-based workflows and Agile development using Jira.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, or similar).
