As a Junior Operations Coordinator you will support day-to-day operational coordination of knowledge services processes, systems and tools. You will play key role in setting up and maintaining project workspaces, primarily using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. This role is designed as an entry-level position to develop proficiency in operational workflows and SharePoint administration under the guidance of senior team members. It’s focused on hands-on support with workspace setup and user assistance.

This is an 18-month contract and a hybrid role that requires office presence as per local togetherness policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure Teams-based SharePoint project workspaces for new client projects, ensuring appropriate folder structure, permissions, and access rights are in place

  • Monitor and respond to incoming requests related to workspace setup, access and usage within agreed service level agreements (24 hours)

  • Configuring project workspaces to make them accessible and allow smooth day-to-day project execution

  • Support maintenance and housekeeping of project collaboration spaces, including managing permissions and renewal / archiving process as directed

  • Track and report on workspace set-up requests to help monitor the adoption and identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities

  • Assist in other coordination tasks per supervisor’s instructions

Qualifications & Skills:

Attributes:

  • Eager to learn and develop expertise in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working with peers and multiple stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage incoming requests and tasks efficiently

  • Strong communicator, aiming for 10/10 client service

Skills:

  • Business English proficiency

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online

  • Familiarity with Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)

  • Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

  • Strong task management and prioritization
