Primary Function of Position:
This position is responsible analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing technical solutions to meet user requirements. Involve in designing and developing solutions on CRM Salesforce platform and also integrating with ERP & third-party applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with architects, business analysts and development teams to design custom solutions in salesforce application.
- Involve and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and/or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
- Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
- Be responsible for 100% code quality and own Salesforce.com code reviews for the organization.
- Recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and speed to market for existing/new capabilities.
- Spend portion of your time for innovation and POC’s to bring new technologies to SFDC ecosystem.
- Identification of risks and issues from technical perspective.
- Review Salesforce optimizer report and take needed actions.
- Write technical documents to support the functional specifications and other efforts.
- Provide estimates and dependencies for development tasks and demonstrate excellent coding abilities to produce scalable quality product.
- Participates in day-to-day production support, trouble shooting and apply break fixes to resolve critical bugs.
- Maintains, follows, and ensures compliance with all company's standards, policies, and procedures.
Skill/Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on Salesforce customization experience on Apex.
- Minimum of 3 years of LWC and minimum of 1 years of AURA components experience is a must.
- At least 1 full implementation experience on Service Cloud / Field service
- Minimum 1 year of Visualforce experience
- Developer I or Developer II certification is a mandatory
- Service Cloud & Field service certifications are given a higher preference
- Knowledge of CICD/Release Management/GitHub is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS
- Good understanding of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to comfortably discuss cloud architectures.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
