Job Description:

The Recruiting Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, aligning staffing strategies with business objectives, and ensuring delivery excellence. This role requires strong business acumen, data-driven communication, and adaptive problem-solving to achieve consistent performance outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Recruiting Relationship Manager drives recruitment results, fosters account growth, and builds long-term, stable partnerships. Key Responsibilities: 

 

Problem Solving & Strategic Adaptation 

  • Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify root causes, separate systemic from isolated issues, and link findings to specific processes and roadblocks. 
  • Create innovative yet practical solutions within client and market constraints, balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term improvements. 
  • Drive accountability by implementing action plans, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies based on results. 
  • Develop and coach talent as part of problem-solving to build sustainable capabilities. 

Data Interpretation & Communication 

  • Use data visualization to clearly present recruitment metrics and performance indicators. 

  • Develop and deliver data-driven narratives that inform strategic decisions and highlight actionable insights. 

  • Prepare reports and presentations with clarity, structure, and professionalism for internal and client stakeholders. 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client stakeholders through reliable delivery and transparent communication. 

  • Identify opportunities for account growth by aligning recruitment solutions with client business goals. 

  • Monitor account performance and ROI, escalating risks proactively to ensure client satisfaction and service continuity. 

Business Acumen & Operational Execution 

  • Apply financial and commercial understanding to guide recruitment decisions in support of client ROI. 

  • Design and implement staffing plans aligned with client needs and organizational goals, ensuring the right skill mix and risk management. 

  • Translate client priorities into actionable recruitment strategies, leveraging technology and adapting to evolving requirements. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus). Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, client services, or account management, preferably in fast-paced or high-volume environments. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, meeting recruitment KPIs, and aligning staffing strategies with business outcomes. 
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with proficiency in ATS, CRM, and recruitment analytics tools. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders using data-driven insights. 
  • Adaptive problem-solver with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. 
  • Collaborative leader who can influence and drive outcomes across diverse teams. 

  • Willing to work onsite at PSG Headquarters (Ayala, Makati) and collaborate across teams in alignment with Philippine night-shift business hours.
