Position: Why We Hire As our company continues to undergo remarkable growth and diversification, we need to improve our planning and labor practice operations in the labor field. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for a wide range of labor relations initiatives.
Position Details Depending on your experience and aptitude, you may be entrusted with one of the following tasks - Planning and operation of systems and benefit programs related to working styles (e.g., planning of systems related to working hour management and working conditions, planning of benefit programs and other programs to suit diverse lifestyles, etc.) - Planning and operation of contract management operations for secondment contracts, fixed-term and indefinite-term employment contracts, etc. - Planning and support for improvement of operational efficiency by introducing BPR and RPA - Other services such as revision of rules and regulations, attendance management, and compliance with labor regulations
We may ask you to participate in PJT within your team and in PJT conducted by other departments beyond your team, as well as in project management. Mandatory Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in labor relations in business firm - High level of communication skills - Ability to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment - Native-level Japanese proficiency
Desired Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of labor laws - Experience in payroll and social insurance - Experience in IT/Web related company
