The systems are open architectures and we are also actively adopting open source technology.

Position Details

Operational Design/Change Management/Configuration Management/Incident Management/Operation Flow Creation
Planning of service strategy and service design in operation for each service level
Analysis of the current situation for organizing IT system operations
Operation improvement proposals and their execution based on indentation
Construction of necessary operation system and planning/planning of operation rules
Smooth negotiations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Operation Design (ITIL/Change Management/Configuration Management/Incident Management, Operation Flow Creation)
