Técnico de Campo (Field Service Engineer)

• Preparação e instalação de equipamentos: ligações elétricas, ligações de tubagem e configuração de software.
• Manutenção e qualificação de equipamentos.
• Reparação de avarias.
• Suporte telefónico aos clientes.
• Formação a clientes.
• Gestão administrativa do serviço técnico realizado.
• Controlo de stock.
• Realização de encomendas de material.
• Certificado de frio (cool certificate) preferencial.
   

• Assegurar uma resposta adequada e atempada ao cliente.
• Manter contato diário com as diferentes partes interessadas.
• Garantir contato diário com as pessoas responsáveis designadas pelo cliente.
• Assegurar o correto desenvolvimento do suporte técnico desde a instalação até à manutenção periódica.
• Controlar as condições dos contratos de manutenção e garantir o seu cumprimento.
• Verificar a compreensão e a aplicação eficaz da formação ministrada aos clientes.
• Contribuir para a otimização de custos.
• Garantir a exatidão e fiabilidade da informação tratada.
• Resolver incidentes de acordo com os critérios da ISO 9001.
• Aplicar os processos e normas técnicas de serviço estabelecidos, incluindo a prevenção de riscos.
• Sempre que necessário, utilizar os EPI (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual) definidos para cada situação.
• Assegurar a correta implementação de novas políticas.
• Manter a ordem e a limpeza no local de trabalho.
• Cumprir as normas internas relativas à separação e gestão de resíduos.
• Cumprir o código da estrada e outra legislação aplicável relacionada com a condução de veículos.
• Cumprir os regulamentos internos de higiene e segurança.
• Cumprir os regulamentos de segurança e saúde no trabalho relacionados com os riscos profissionais.
• Garantir a confidencialidade em todos os assuntos relacionados com o trabalho realizado nas instalações dos clientes.
• Outras atividades e responsabilidades que possam ser atribuídas.
   

• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência num departamento de Serviço Técnico ou equivalente.
• Boas práticas em Integridade de Dados (Data Integrity).
• Conhecimento de equipamentos de laboratório (microscópios, incubadoras, espectrofotómetros, congeladores/frigoríficos e HPLC).
• Conhecimentos de eletricidade e eletrónica.
• Experiência na reparação de instrumentos e equipamentos laboratoriais.
• Competências avançadas de TI.
• Boa capacidade de comunicação.
• Nível intermédio de inglês (B2).
• Carta de condução.
• Conhecimento da norma ISO 9001.
• Conhecimentos de GMP.
• SAP C4C são uma mais-valia (formação será fornecida).
• Certificado de frio (cool certificate) preferencial.
