What you'll lead and grow
In the role of Senior Manager or Associate Director, you will:
Lead and develop a team of five high-performing recruitment consultants in a collaborative, inclusive sales environment
Drive new business growth while expanding long-standing client partnerships
Coach, mentor, and develop your team through regular sales reviews, hands-on training, and strategic planning
Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities across our national offices (VIC, QLD, WA)
Build client-centric recruitment solutions with a consultative, data-driven approach
Maintain strong market presence by identifying trends, advising clients, and connecting with senior talent
Collaborate with regional leadership and contribute to APAC-wide initiatives
What you bring
Proven experience as a recruitment manager or team leader in a high-performing agency environment
A commercial mindset and natural ability to build and nurture client relationships
A passion for leading people, developing talent, and achieving ambitious outcomes
Prior experience in the Accounting & Finance space is ideal, but not essential
A desire to scale your career within a larger, international environment with structured development pathways
