Job description
What you'll do…
- Clean and properly store kitchen utensils, equipment, and tableware across all outlets
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, work surfaces, and refrigeration units
- Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment correctly
- Sort and dispose of waste in line with environmental and hygiene standards
- Keep cleaning supplies stocked and report shortages to supervisors
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations and assist with basic prep tasks such as cleaning vegetables or transporting goods
- Follow all HACCP standards and internal hotel procedures
- Work flexibly across different outlets as required by operations
What we're looking for…
- Strong awareness of hygiene and cleanliness
- Reliable, careful, and detail-oriented working style
- Flexible and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work across different outlets, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts
- Experience in a kitchen or stewarding environment is a plus
