Job description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance the hotel’s online presence, brand positioning, and revenue performance. This role drives targeted traffic and conversions through key digital channels including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising. The position oversees content creation and digital campaigns that reflect the brand’s distinctive luxury experience, while ensuring consistency across all platforms. Working closely with internal teams, the Digital Marketing Manager analyzes performance metrics, optimizes campaigns, and leverages data-driven insights to maximize return on investment and guest engagement in a competitive luxury market

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or professional certification in Digital Marketing or a related discipline will be an advantage.
  • Experience: A strong background in digital marketing is essential. Candidates should have 5–7 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry, with proven exposure to multi-channel campaign management.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media management, online advertising, email marketing, and content marketing is required. Candidates should have a proven track record of driving online engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, and content management systems (CMS) is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI are highly valued.
  • Content and Brand Management: Strong capability in content creation and storytelling, with the ability to produce engaging, on-brand digital content that reflects luxury positioning across platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital trends, consumer behavior, and the luxury hospitality market is important. Familiarity with brand positioning and guest expectations within the luxury segment is required.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role requires creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to evolving digital trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
