Job description

  • Ensures that all standardized recipes are utilized and followed by all culinary team members, and oversees ordering, inventory, and food controls.
  • Adheres to all culinary standards and guidelines in preparation and methods of production, and maintains and sets sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Assists with maintaining a solution-oriented work environment through motivation and engagement, and helps in the training and development of colleagues.
  • Graduate of a degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as baker in a luxury hotel and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge on food safety and sanitation, baking and food preparation.
