SHE manager provides guidance on safety, hygiene, and environment in TOM plant activities. These are based on Japanese law, and Rockwool standard. 1) Safety -Safety and hygiene meeting (once per month, mandatory Japanese labour low ) -Safety training for employees -Check and validate for permit work -Management of risk assessment and reducing risk level 2) Hygiene -Hygiene survey of working environment (Work environment measurement once per year) -Improvement of working conditions, hygiene of facilities, etc.
