Job description

Your Role in the Story

As a Cluster Electrician at LUURA, you are a key member of our operations team, ensuring that all electrical systems across our properties function safely and efficiently. Your expertise supports seamless hotel, SPA, and F&B operations and contributes directly to exceptional guest experiences. You take pride in problem-solving, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to ensure LUURA’s properties run at the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across LUURA properties, including lighting, power circuits, and equipment.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems, identifying issues and taking corrective action.
  • Respond promptly to electrical faults and emergencies, minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth hotel functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and safety checks.
  • Ensure compliance with LUURA safety standards, legal regulations, and local electrical codes.
  • Support pre-opening projects, including installation of new electrical systems and upgrades.
  • Advise management on energy efficiency improvements and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Monitor electrical equipment performance and recommend replacements or upgrades when necessary.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized, safe, and clean.
  • Ensure that departmental requirements are aligned and implemented according to the guidance of the Chief Engineer.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Technical qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an electrician, preferably in hotels or commercial properties.
  • Pre-opening experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple properties as part of a team.
  • Physically capable of performing electrical work safely, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to report clearly to management.
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.
  • Eligible to work in an EU country.
