Primary Function

  • The Sr Brand Manager is focused on diagnostic and innovation readiness for Alzheimer‘s disease. This role involves full market understanding of Alzheimer’s diagnostics, content development and execution tracking for the diagnostic field force, diagnostic thought leader engagement and external partnerships. The Sr brand manager will need to collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally to execute on key diagnostic commercial activities critical to Donanemab and future innovation. Key competencies include ability to leverage customer insights, shape the diagnostic environment, engage key thought leaders and stakeholders, drive effective brand communication and campaign execution with the diagnostic field force

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic Market Understanding
    • Contribute to the development of China clinical care pathway and diagnostics strategy
    • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key diagnostic TLs and stakeholders
    • Conduct and plan key external meetings
  • Alzheimer’s Ecosystem Manager (AEM) Integration and Execution
    • Deliver brand and innovation readiness strategy to the diagnostic field force and communications
    • Development of commercial materials, digital tools and platform, and messaging and campaigns for AEM field force (ie detail aid, objection/FAQ, leave behinds)
    • AEM performance tracking, mapping, and synthesizing insights
  • Diagnostic Partnerships
    • Liaise and execute on commercial collaborations with third-party companies (ie, commercial manufacturing organizations for radiotracers, hospitals, commercial testing kit companies, independent clinical labs, etc.)
    • Develop diagnostic access solutions

Qualification/Requirements

  • Diagnostic marketing experience
  • Account management experience with hospitals
  • Understanding and experience with diagnostic regulation
  • Experience engaging thought leaders
  • Learning agility and desire to learn, grow and apply
  • Influence and communication skills involving cross-functional teams
  • Innovative thinking and ability to take calculated risks and scenario plan
  • Compliance and ethics
  • Project management skills
  • English language competency

Additional preferences

  • Medical or scientific background
  • Neuroscience related experience
  • Experience designing and executing collaborative partnership with external entity
