Job Description:

Assists with collection and analysis of organic samples, following established safety, privacy, and sanitary standards. Documents collection of specimen obtained through sample analysis tools such as microscopes and cell counters for records. Gathers results of laboratory tests for comparison and validation. Maintains proper sanitization and orderliness of workspace and equipment, following both the equipment manufacturers' and laboratory's standards. Helps monitor quality controls and trial standards to ensure accuracy of testing and trial environments. Documents quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations, and maintenance performed to maintain archives of trial quality control. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
