Technical Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyses business ideas and design concepts to prepare initial technical feasibility check in terms of functionality.
• Elaborates detailed technical specifications for ideas/design concept to be presented to suppliers for quotation submission.
• Selects the appropriate suppliers to participate in the tenders and provide briefing and technical details.
• Evaluates supplier quotations from technical and prices point of view and provide recommendations for purchase.
• Identify all the administrative and construction permissions needed to execute a project and defines the technical requirement to obtain the permissions.
• Acts as Project Manager (or supervise the Project Manager) until the project is completed and commissioned to the corresponding Operation Manager.
• Assures the all agreed specifications are met during the commissioning process.
• Acts as point of contact with suppliers until the project is completed and delivered to the Park.

Requirements

Education

• Engineering or Architect Master Degree Languages:
• Spanish
• English at a proficiency level Computer Skills: Microsoft, autocad.

Experience

• Five years of previous experience as a: Project Manager, Head of work, or designer.

Others

• Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
