Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire an MRI Tech Coordinator!

As an MRI Tech Coordinator at MercyOne, you will:

  • Provide magnetic resonance (MR) imaging services coordination, offering individualized assistance & exam planning to both patients and clinical staff to adhere to the unique safety conditions & requirements of magnetic resonance (MR) imaging
  • Independently perform magnetic resonance (MR) exams and procedures under the medical direction of the radiologist in a highly technical and professional manner
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the MR department(s)

Schedule

  • 36 hours a week
  • 10 hr shifts (6:00a - 4:30p and 6:30a - 5:00p)
  • Holiday rotation
  • Call Weekends/call requirements only on emergent basis

General Requirements

Must have relevant credentials as defined below:

  • Successful completion of an accredited 2 year Imaging Technology program
  • ARRT or ARMRIT certified
  • MR credential (ARRT or ARMRIT) required
  • 3-5 minimum years of MR experience
  • Maintains active registry status
  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire
  • Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
