Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients, converting leads into active policies
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend tailored coverage options
• Sell and cross-sell a broad range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with ongoing support and regular policy reviews
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals to drive agency success
• Stay informed about evolving products and compliance standards
• Utilize CRM tools for efficient lead management, follow-ups, and policy renewals
• Contribute to team meetings and collaborative sales strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals
• Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
