Türkiye, Middle East & Africa Finance & Accounting Manager
Join UPS and take ownership of finance and accounting activities across Türkiye, the Middle East and Africa. As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong controls and supporting business performance through reliable financial insight, while managing and supporting the development of the local finance team.
Working closely with regional stakeholders and cross-functional partners, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day financial operations, planning cycles and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Your Role
In this role, you will:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliation, and month-end close
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS/GAAP and corporate standards
Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods
Monitor revenue, costs and overall financial performance, highlighting risks and areas for improvement to support day-to-day business decisions
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and local regulations
Support audits and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor cash flow, working capital and collections, supporting credit control and external partner relationships where needed
Manage and develop the finance team, including setting objectives, supporting performance and providing coaching and development
Your Skills
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience in finance and accounting, including hands-on responsibility for day-to-day operations
Good knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting processes
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field; professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage
Experience working in an international or matrix environment is beneficial
A structured, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
